Depot hours
Depot hours are generally 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday and do vary by location, day of the week, and season. Depots are closed on Sundays and holidays.
Pick up times
Except in respect of 'Early Bird Departures' and the additional supplement paid for this morning departure priviledge, vehicle departure time is normally between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Drop off times
Except in respect of 'Early Bird Departures' and the additional supplement paid for this later return priviledge, vehicle drop off time is normally between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm only. Returns after 11:00 am are subject to a late charge.
Sunday and holidays
Depots are closed on Sundays and holidays. No departures or returns can be scheduled on these days:
